WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Some training centres have refund policies that need a lawyer to interpret them. Be careful and make sure you have a clear understanding of all the terms and conditions that relate to getting your money back, or being able to delay your course to a more suitable time (for example, if you pick up work unexpectedly and can't afford to knock it back). Some training centres will "prey" on vulnerable students and give you no flexibility whatsoever!

WHO DOES THE WORKSAFE PAPERWORK?
Unlike a lot of other RTO's, we don't send you off with a wad of paperwork to sort out your own WorkSafe Licence. We do it ALL for you, and at NO additional cost - it's just part of our service!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED MORE TRAINING OR A RE-ASSESSMENT?
Some training centres are pretty ruthless... one shot or pay again - ouch! Not to mention the time commitment to do it all again... Make sure the centre is up front about what the course includes. Does it include additional training if you need it, or what about resitting assessments?
